I think it was supposed to look like a golden trinket, before the rust took over

Now you can barely notice a goldsmith had a workshop inside

From what's left it's "Goldsmith's workshop" in the middle and "jewelery services" on the swirls in black font. In gray font is the address in the upper part and working hours in the lower (10-18 I think

).
